Logging Off
Upon login please make sure the status monitor pop-up window appears. (You may have to tell your pop-up blocker to allow pop-ups from http://auth01.pogolink.net).

Alternatively you can click the "Monitor Session" button that appears when you log in. This should make the pop-up window appear.

We recommend you turn off your Wireless adaptor (or laptop) when not using our service.
If you turn off your Wireless for more than 15 minutes and you will be logged off automatically otherwise Anti-virus, automatic updates or IM chat windows may keep your connection sending data and use up your minutes and bandwidth. If you turn on your adaptor again within 15 minutes you will remain logged in.

If you close the Status Window and can't log off, then turn off your wireless adaptor (or your computer if you don't know how to turn off your wireless adaptor).

Can't log in because you're logged in elsewhere ?
This maybe because you have set your computer to 'Automatically Connect' to more than one Pogolink Access Point.  This means your computer will automatically roam to alternative Pogolink networks, leaving you logged in for 15 minutes on your previous connection. Turn off "Automatically connect" for all but one Pogolink connection.

Voucher Login.
Use the Voucher login option if you have a WiFi Voucher or have been provided with an account. Please take a moment to read our Advice page

If your voucher account expires you may wish to create an additional account, remember that voucher and any debit / Credit Card or PayPal account(s) you create are independent even if you decide to use the same user ID and Passcode. So remember to select "Voucher" or "Credit Card / PayPal" when logging in.

Remember User ID's and Passcodes are Case-Sensitive.

Telephone Calls
You can make and receive calls free or very cheaply using your flat's telephone, more information can be found at Pogolink.me

(Please read Pogolink.me before purchasing a non-pogolink calling card)

Top-up or Paying by Debit / Credit Card or PayPal.
You can view our price list on the Login page by Selecting 'Credit Card or PayPal' and click the 'Sign-up' button) or take a look at our Advice page

When you have created an additional paid account you can choose which account you use for each login. Only created Debit / Credit Card or PayPal accounts can be topped up.

When you sign-up you provide NEW login details which are case sensitive and only work whilst "Credit Card / PayPal" has been selected. Please type carefully and write them down - We do not send your User ID and Passcode by email.

At Sign-up please provide the address to where your card is registered and statements are sent.
